What can I buy and sell on Akköy?
African traditional clothing and accessories: pre-loved, new or made-to-measure. Second-hand items need to be in like-new or very good condition, with honest descriptions and clear photos.
How much does it cost?
The app is free to download and browse. Sellers pay a 3% fee on completed sales. Nothing else.
Where is Akköy available?
UK, US, Canada, Norway, Switzerland and most of the EU: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
Who ships the item?
The seller packs and ships it, with tracking when available. If something goes wrong or you receive the wrong item, we'll help sort it out.
Is my payment protected?
Yes, as long as you pay inside the app. Payments made outside Akköy aren't covered.
Can I order something made to measure?
Yes. Message the seller with your measurements and agree on the details before you pay.
